It was just over a year ago when my Dad and I took a drive to Goffstown as we looked at a map to make sure we covered all the areas that make up the town. As we drove around I had so much fear of the unknown that in the back of my mind I doubted if starting a church was really going to happen.

As I move forward to today my heart was full as Restore church celebrated Thanksgiving. We took time during the service to hear how God has been teaching us to be thankful. We had children sing Psalm 1, a teenager sing How Great is Our God, and adults share specific ways that God has been teaching them to be more thankful.

As you pray this Monday at 9:00 thank God that he is working in your life and ours. Pray that God would give the Restore family teachable hearts as we study what it means to live on daily mission for him over the next two weeks. We want to live with gospel intentionality that is motivated by genuine love within our community.

"We ought always to give thanks to God for you, brothers, as is right, because your faith is growing abundantly, and the love of every one of you for one another is increasing."
