The Clouse Family

LANDON CLOUSE

Landon put his faith in Jesus at a young age but wandered away from Jesus through his adolescent years. While in college he began digging into Scripture and discovered it’s life changing power.

The idea of vocational ministry began to take shape as Landon served in many different capacities through his college years. Upon completing college and being newly married, the Clouse’s worked in camp ministry for a year and half. Sensing direction out of camp ministry, God placed Landon in a sales job in Florida for three years. This was a valuable time of learning how to relate to people who cared little about the things of God.

After three years in Florida, God led them back to New Hampshire to work in the teen ministry of Merrimack Valley Baptist Church. During those years Landon completed a Master of Ministry Degree and was ordained for Gospel ministry.

Steve and Sheryl

STEVE RAMBIKUR

Steve grew up in Argentina, the son of missionary parents who faithfully taught him God’s Word and the way of salvation.  Psalm 119:71 says “It is good for me that I was afflicted, that I might learn your statutes.”  Going into second grade, at the age of seven, Steve was sent away to boarding school.  God used the pain and difficulty of that experience for good in his life.  This experience was repeated when, at the age of sixteen, he left his folks in Argentina and went to a Christian boarding school in North Carolina.  In some ways, this was even more difficult than second grade.  But God provided godly men who served as teachers and mentors in high school, and then again in four years at Columbia Bible College.  Steve earned his degree in Biblical Education in June, 1977.

In the summer of 1976 Steve met Sheryl while working for the summer in RI.  That summer he served at Quidnessett Baptist Church, and was discipled by the pastor, Harold Burchett.  Steve and Sheryl were married in June of 1979.  Sheryl earned her nursing degree the following year, and Steve became an insurance agent with Nationwide Insurance in January of 1985. Steve served in that same church until they moved to a daughter church, Exeter Chapel, in 1989.

In January 2011, Steve and Sheryl moved to Merrimack, NH so that Steve could start a new career as an independent insurance agent. He served at Bedford Road Baptist Church in Merrimack. God enabled Steve and Sheryl to buy a home in Goffstown in August of 2014, and in September, 2018 they began attending and serving at Restore Church.
